What counts as a satellite measurement?
One completed roof measurement on one property address. Re-opening a measurement you already ran does not count again. Measurements are produced by our proprietary satellite measurement engine — there are no per-report fees on top of your plan.
What happens if I hit my monthly measurement limit?
You'll see it coming — your usage is visible in the app. When you reach the limit you can upgrade your plan in one click and keep working immediately. Nothing you've already measured is ever locked away.
I'm already a customer. Does my price change?
No. Existing subscribers keep their current plan and rate. New pricing applies to new signups and to plan changes you choose to make.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of your paid period.
What does "fair use" mean on Unlimited?
Unlimited is built for real roofing operations, including heavy storm-season volume. Fair use exists only to prevent automated scraping or resale of measurements outside your company.
