1. Who We Are
Roofing EstimatorPRO is operated by Pascat Graphics & Marketing, a Virginia-based company founded by Winston Marsden in 1999. We provide business management software for roofing and exterior contractors in the United States.

2. What We Collect
Account Information
- Name, company name, phone number, email address
- Business address and service area
- License code and subscription plan
Business Data You Enter
- Customer names, contact information, and job details
- Estimates, invoices, contracts, and proposals you create
- Job photos you upload
- Notes, schedules, and crew information
- Crew location/GPS pings when GPS crew tracking is enabled and permitted on the device
Usage and Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, device type
- Pages visited and features used
- Error logs and system events
- AI feature usage (token counts for billing purposes)
Payment Information
We do not store your credit card number. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your Stripe API key (used to receive payments from your customers) is stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service
- To send you your license code and account communications
- To process subscription billing through Stripe
- To provide customer support
- To provide GPS crew tracking, time tracking, and job-site status features when enabled
- To monitor system performance and fix bugs
- To enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your business data to train AI models.
4. Your Customer Data
The customer information, job data, estimates, and documents you enter into EstimatorPRO belong to you. We process this data only to provide you the Service. We treat your customer data as confidential and do not access it except to provide support when you request it.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive stored values
- HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit
- Strict-access session management
- Regular security monitoring
No security system is perfect. In the event of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with these US-based third-party providers:
- Stripe (stripe.com): Payment processing
- Twilio (twilio.com): SMS messaging
- Anthropic (anthropic.com): AI features
- Google: Maps and satellite imagery for InstaMeasure
- Intuit QuickBooks: Optional accounting integration
- Slack: Optional team notification integration
- Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection

7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active plus 30 days after cancellation. Activity logs are retained for 30 days. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

- Delete your account and data
- Ask questions about how your data is used

9. No EU/International Service
This Service is not directed at residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, or any jurisdiction outside the United States. We do not comply with GDPR, PIPEDA, or other non-US privacy frameworks because we do not serve customers in those jurisdictions. If you are located outside the United States, do not use this Service.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
