EstimatorPRO can generate roofing-specific contracts from your job and estimate data. Customers can sign digitally on a phone or from a signing link. Contract language should still be reviewed by your attorney for your state, business model, and job type.

You can add team members within your plan's included seat limit. Roles include owner, admin, estimator, sales, crew, and read-only. Each person gets their own login, and permissions control what they can see and do.

Yes. GPS crew tracking is optional and must be enabled by the account owner or administrator. You are responsible for obtaining any employee, crew, subcontractor, or device-user consent required by applicable law before using location tracking. GPS also depends on device permissions, signal quality, and network availability.

You connect your own Stripe account in Company Setup. When you create an invoice or payment request, the customer can pay by card through Stripe. Funds go through your connected Stripe account according to Stripe's payout schedule.

You can request cancellation according to the current Terms and Refund Policy. Your account generally remains active through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan or agreement.

No. Roofing EstimatorPRO is built for United States contractors and businesses. The tools, pricing assumptions, insurance terminology, and legal pages are written for US use.

The Beta Lab is where our newest features ship first. Beta features are live, working tools in active testing with real contractors — included with every plan at no extra cost. The data is built from public property records, so there are no per-lead fees and nobody is reselling the same names to your competitors. Yes. We maintain a public do-not-knock / do-not-mail opt-out page, and suppressed addresses are automatically removed from Aged Roofs results and every export. This is enforced by the platform, which protects your company and every contractor using it.

Open any scan in review mode, drag vertices to fix the outline, reclassify edges (eaves, rakes, ridges, hips, valleys), and use "Auto-detect all facets" to rebuild the facet layout. Squares, pitch, and linear footage update instantly and the corrected totals flow into your estimate. Your original scan is always preserved.

Yes. Metal Roof Takeoff (beta) computes a panel-level order from the same satellite scan — panel counts and lengths per facet, trim and flashing included — so your metal order matches the roof instead of a squares-based guess.

Yes. EP Sites (beta) is a website builder inside your account. Run the wizard, add your branding, photos, reviews, and service area, and publish — no web designer needed. Leads from your site land in your CRM automatically.

Instead of a PDF attachment, you send the homeowner a branded link. They open an interactive report of their own roof on their phone — measurements, visuals, and your Good/Better/Best package options — and their selection flows straight into signing with no re-entry.

With Supplier Order Sync (beta), yes. Connect your supplier account, then send an estimate's material list as an order draft to your branch — quantities from your actual measurements, your negotiated pricing intact. Review the draft with your branch before confirming.
