US Customers Only. Roofing EstimatorPRO is available exclusively to customers located in the United States. By using this service, you confirm you are a US-based business or individual. We do not offer service, accept payments from, or store data for customers outside the United States.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Pascat Graphics & Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of Roofing EstimatorPRO ("Service"), accessible at roofing.estimatorpro.co.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Roofing EstimatorPRO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for roofing and exterior contractors operating in the United States. The Service includes tools for estimates, proposals, contracts, invoicing, satellite roof measurement, AI-powered scope writing, insurance claim reports, CRM, scheduling, marketing automation, and related business operations.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.
3. US-Only Service
The Service is intended solely for use by contractors and businesses located in and operating within the United States. We do not knowingly provide service to customers outside the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are located in the United States
- Your business operates within the United States
- You will not use the Service to conduct business in any jurisdiction outside the United States
We reserve the right to terminate accounts we determine are being accessed from outside the United States.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must obtain a license code from us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license code and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

- Not share your license code with individuals outside your business
- Not allow more concurrent users than your subscription permits
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service is offered in the following plans as of the effective date:
- Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required, access to available InstaMeasure satellite measurement features, all features included
- Starter: $49.95/month (locked at this rate for customers who subscribe before July 1, 2026; $69.95/month thereafter)
- Pro: $79.95/month (locked at this rate for customers who subscribe before July 1, 2026; $99.95/month thereafter)
Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time (see Section 8). We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers with reasonable notice. Locked pricing applies only to customers who subscribed at the stated price and remains in effect as long as the subscription remains active without lapsing.
InstaMeasure Access: Satellite measurement access, promotional credits, and any paid scan credit options are governed by the limits shown in your account or checkout at the time of purchase. Promotional access has no cash value and does not roll over unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service for any purpose that could damage the reputation of Pascat Graphics & Marketing
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, features, content, designs, and materials, is the exclusive property of Pascat Graphics & Marketing and is protected by US copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.
Customer data you enter into the Service — estimates, customer information, job data, photos — remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 434-207-2831 or support@estimatorpro.co. Your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable; we resolve service issues by fixing the problem or issuing service credits as described in our Refund Policy.
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Export your data before cancellation if needed.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Service is operated from the United States and data is stored on US-based servers.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Each contractor's Stripe account is their own — we never have access to your funds.
- Twilio: SMS messaging. Subject to Twilio's terms and pricing.
- Anthropic: AI features. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use.
- Google: Satellite imagery and geocoding for InstaMeasure.
- Intuit QuickBooks: Optional accounting integration.
- Slack: Optional team notification integration.
Your use of integrated third-party services is subject to those providers' terms of service.
10A. GPS Crew Tracking
GPS crew tracking is optional and must be enabled by the account owner or administrator. You are responsible for obtaining any employee, crew, subcontractor, or device-user consent required by applicable law before using location tracking. Location tracking depends on browser/device permissions and may be unavailable or inaccurate if the user disables location access, has poor GPS reception, or is offline.
11. AI-Generated Content
Features including the AI Scope Writer, AI Job Brief, Insurance Claim Reports, and follow-up text generation use AI technology. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit to customers, insurers, or any third party
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
- AI credit limits apply per plan and reset daily
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PASCAT GRAPHICS & MARKETING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pascat Graphics & Marketing and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
