Refund & Cancellation Policy

We don't issue refunds — we fix problems. Here's how it works.

The Short Version: We don't issue refunds. If something breaks, we fix it — or we give you service credits. That's our commitment. We also give you a full 14-day free trial before you pay a single dollar, so you know exactly what you're getting.

2. What We Do Instead of Refunds

We stand behind the Service. If you experience a problem, here is what we will do:

If Something Is Broken

Call or text 434-207-2831 or email support@estimatorpro.co. We will fix it. Winston answers personally. If the issue is on our end and it caused material disruption to your use of the Service, we will issue service credits to your account equal to the affected time period.

Service Credits

Service credits extend your subscription at no charge. Credits are issued at our discretion for confirmed service outages or failures that were our fault. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

InstaMeasure Credits

If a satellite scan fails due to a system error on our end (not due to an invalid address or unsupported location), we will restore the credit to your account.

3. Free Trial

Every new customer receives a 14-day free trial with:

The trial is your protection. Use it fully. Try every feature. If it is not right for your business, do not subscribe — no harm done.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if needed.

5. Locked Pricing Guarantee

If you subscribed before July 1, 2026 and locked in the launch price, that price is yours for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will be charged the then-current price.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. Most issues can be resolved directly — call us first.
